Well, here we are, two more months (and a bit) to go! so crazy! to think that back in high school was when this dream was first wispered in my ear, and to think here I am, about to embark on this crazy jouney! Nervous? yes. Anxious? yes. Excited? most definatly! what am I doing?
Well, June 30th I leave my home (once again:)) and make my way across Canada, down south and across the Pacific to the land 'down under' yes Australia!
I will be a part of the Birth Attendent School with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Perth. There I will be trained as a midwife, and equiped to head out and deliver babies, all the while sharing the love of our Lord with everyone we meet along the way!
Please pray for me as this week a fundraiser will be held to help out with the outreach portion of this program ( 5 months in Asia) and continue your prayers as I set out on this grand adventure! I have a feeling that the Lord has more in store for me than I could ever dream of!
